Universeal Cement-Away effortlessly removes surface residues such as mortar and cement, efflorescence, encrusted and engrained dirt, rust as well as calcium and lime scale deposits. Universeal Cement-Away can be used indoors and outdoors after the installation process or during construction. All surfaces must be acid resistant surfaces such as ceramic tiles, porcelain, brick, clay and quarry tiles, terracotta, concrete and many types of natural stones.

Coverage:
Approx 10 to 40m2 per litre depending on the kind and stubbornness of the deposits.
Directions for use:
Dilute Universeal Cement-Away up to 1:20 with water and apply it to the wet surface of application. Allow the product to work briefly, then rinse with plenty of clean water. Universeal Cement-Away is not suitable for acid sensitive surfaces such as enamel, zinc, chrome, stainless steel, polished marble and limestone, lacquers, etc. Sensitive materials can be damaged by vapours. If using Universeal Cement-Away indoors ensure good ventilation during and after use, and ensure that no vapours remain in the room.
Please Note:
Avoid contact with clothes, material and fabrics as this will cause damage. Keep away from carpets and soft furnishings. Always wipe up spillages and rinse thoroughly with cold water.

pH-Neutral Maintenance Cleaner
Universeal Easy Clean pH Neutral Cleaner is a safe multi-purpose cleaner developed for both the industrial and domestic market. It removes a multitude of stains without the need for alkalis, acids, bleaches and solvents. Although it has a neutral pH it has the characteristics of an acid when needed for cleaning toilets and metals and the characteristics of an alkali when used to degrease surfaces.
Universeal Easy Clean contains a highly effective germicide which kills a wide range of bacteria including, Listeria, E-coli, MRSA, Weils Disease etc. Ideal for bathrooms, Kitchens and general cleaning. It is safe to use on all metals, plastics, enamel, ceramics and other washable surfaces. Leaves surfaces clean, deodorised and germ free.

Coverage:
Up to 120m2 per litre. Coverage will vary depending on the ratio of dilution.
Directions for use:
Heavy duty cleaning: Dilute 1:5 - 1:30 with hot or cold water
General cleaning and sanitising: 1:10 - 1:50.
Maintenance cleaning: 1:100 - 1:200.
Apply by mopping, spraying or soaking. Allow a few minutes to work and rinse well with clean water. Use neat for toilets and drains.

Universeal Power Cleaner is a heavy duty safe cleaner specially formulated for use on most hard surfaces, i.e. Ceramics, Porcelain and most types of natural and artificial stones.

Coverage:
Up to 35m2 per litre. Coverage will vary depending on dilution ratio
Directions for use:
Apply Universeal Power Cleaner neat or diluted up to 1:5 depending on the severity of the dirt. Allow the product to stand and work for 10-20 minutes; brushing occasionally. Do not allow to dry, add small amounts of water if necessary. Brush again before wiping or mopping up. Once the solution as been removed, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean warm water. On large areas, using a squeegee or a wet vac to remove the product would be recommended. If the result is not satisfying, repeat the process allowing the product to work longer and brushing more often and vigorously.
Please Note:
Avoid splashes on sensitive areas such as metal or wood, painted or varnished surfaces, wall paper, etc. We highly recommend trying the product in an inconspicuous area prior to use. Always first test Universeal Power Cleaner in a small inconspicuous area to determine suitability for intended use. Suitability for a particular purpose is always the responsibility of the user. No responsibility will be taken by the manufacturer for any mistaken or misuse.
Advice:
For removing heavier wax layers or similar, Universeal Pro-Strip is recommended. For cement residues and rust discolouration use Universeal Cement-Away.
