One-Step Colour Intensifier & Impregnator
Universeal Colour Plus is a solvent based colour enhancer and impregnator that penetrates into the surface of the stone to protect against oil and water based stains. Universeal Colour Plus can be applied to grout, tumbled marble, limestone, slate, quarry tiles, sandstone & most types of masonry surfaces.
This product is UV resistant and does not yellow. Not recommended for use on highly polished, glazed/ceramic and non-porous surfaces. Colour Plus can be applied 24hrs after installation process. [Data Sheet]

Hard-wearing Surface Coating
Universeal Slate Seal is a hard wearing surface sealer which leaves the slate looking vibrant and shiny. The colour structure of the slate is intensified; the surface develops a wet glossy look It offers high quality stain protection as well as beautifying the natural colours of the slate. This treatment prevents water and dirt from penetrating into the surface, making it easier to clean and maintain.

Please Note:
Universeal Slate Seal is not suitable for use on non-absorbent, polished or very finely honed surfaces. Please take extra care when using around surfaces that may be sensitive to solvents If necessary, Universeal Slate Seal can be removed from the applied surface using Universeal Pro-Strip. Please ensure that no moisture can penetrate into the sealed surface, and that moisture can not be transported through the sides or the surface from the ground. Moisture inside the stone will cause the sealant to turn white if not already fully cured.

Hard-wearing Protective Sealer
Universeal Outdoor Sealer forms a protective hard wearing layer that closes the pores of the stone. Water and dirt can no longer penetrate into the surface aiding easier cleaning and maintenance. Once dried the water permeability of the stone is reduced significantly. The colours of the stone also become more vibrant through the sheen / wet look finish. The protective film is hardwearing, UV-resistant and does not yellow. [Data Sheet]

Coverage:
Up to 12-25m2 per litre. Coverage will vary depending on the type of surface application.
Directions for use:
The surface to be treated must be completely dry and clean. Apply Universeal Outdoor Sealer evenly with a clean roller or brush. In the case of highly absorbent surfaces, it may be necessary to apply 2-3 coats to achieve desired effect. Application Temperature: the temperature of the surface should be between 5°C and 25°C. *Drying Time: Light foot traffic after approx 30-45 minutes, completely cured after 48 hours. Where possible avoid spillages and cleaning the surface area for 48hrs after application. Always wipe up any spills immediately within this timing.
